В сегодняшнем выпуске я хочу вам поведать об очень интересном кастом проекте ,который воплотил в жизнь 31 летний Инженер из Чехии Марек Фолтис - он совсем недавно представил
невероятный мотоцикл Bistella 500.Как вы можете видеть весь проект заключается в необычном двигателе - это двухрядный радиальный двухтактный 10 цилиндровый двигатель объемом
всего 500 куб.см.А название Bistella с латинского означает двойная звезда!
Главной целью Создателя было сделать свой собственный дизайн двигателя, который никогда раньше не использовался ни в одном транспортном средстве.И самое главное, он хотел создать
такой сложный двигатель, для которого нет инженерных шаблонов и одной из целей было как можно больше цилиндров!Поэтому выбрал пал на двухтактный радиальный двигатель с наддувом,
который раньше никогда не использовался в массовом производстве.Ну собственно это у него и получилось!На весь проект было потрачено 2.5 г.!
За основу был взят мотоцикл Jawa Perak type 18 1953г,Затем Марек сравнил размеры конструкций 8,10,12 цилиндров и выбрал их максимальное количество, которое помещалось
в раму,без каких либо переделок - это 10 цилиндров.Расстояние между рамой и двигателем составляет всего около 1 мм, так что он действительно подошел впритык.Сам силовая установка
состоит из 10 двигателей другого мотоцикла Jawa 50 Pioneer,которые Марек Фолтис объединил в две звезды и расположил одну над другой!Такая конструкция получилась очень компактной!
Корпус нового двигателя, коленчатый вал и главные шатуны были изготовлены на станке с ЧПУ.

In today's issue, I want to tell you about a very interesting custom project that was brought to life by 31-year-old Engineer from the Czech Republic Marek Foltis - he recently presented an
incredible motorcycle Bistella 500.As you can see, the whole project consists of an unusual engine - a two-row radial two-stroke 10-cylinder engine with a volume of
only 500 cc.And the name Bistella means double star from Latin!
The main goal of the Creator was to make his own engine design, which had never been used in any vehicle before.And most importantly, he wanted to create
such a complex engine, for which there are no engineering templates and one of the goals was to have as many cylinders as possible!Therefore, I chose a two-stroke radial supercharged engine,
which had never been used in mass production before.Well, actually he did it!2.5 g was spent on the whole project!
The Jawa Perak type 18 motorcycle of 1953 was taken as a basis, Then Marek compared the dimensions of the 8,10,12 cylinder structures and chose the maximum number of them that fit into
the frame, without any alterations - this is 10 cylinders.The distance between the frame and the engine is only about 1 mm, so it really fit right in.The power plant itself
consists of 10 engines of another Jawa 50 Pioneer motorcycle, which Marek Foltis combined into two stars and placed one above the other!This design turned out to be very compact!
The body of the new engine, the crankshaft and the main connecting rods were manufactured on a CNC machine.
