Issue #12. Degree of satisfaction and fulfillment qualityof functions and their carriers

Issue is devoted to the issue of determining the degree of customer satisfaction (P) and the quality of implementation (Q) of functions and their carriers. The issue examines regulatory documentation (GOST 56036, GOST ISO 9001, GOST R ISO 10004), methods for determining customer satisfaction, methods for collecting and processing statistical data, as well as the analogy of the process of determining the quality of implementation (Q) and the CSI index.
