Case #1. 3D modelling in VDE Qualification, designation, initial data

Issue is devoted to the issue of designating the general concept of practical cases of «Сost engineering» training course, in particular: filling out the initial data standard form, requirements for the desired qualification of the listener, the notation system used, the methodology for forming a 3D model tree in value design engineering, as well as the sequence of parallel and synchronous development of structural, functional and 3D models, in the context of the stages of development of design documentation according to GOST 2.103-2013, corresponding to the same stages or milestones of the project implementation.
